Shipping & Delivery

Getting your order from our warehouse to your doorstep is a partnership. While we focus on preparing and dispatching your items, a successful delivery relies heavily on your active participation, especially when it comes to monitoring the shipment and handling any local requirements. Please review the responsibilities outlined below to ensure a smooth experience.

Your Role in a Smooth Delivery

Once a package leaves our facility, your oversight becomes essential. The tracking details sent to you are the primary tool for staying informed. You are the sole party responsible for monitoring your shipment's progress. If a courier or customs office requires additional information, documentation, or payment from you, it is your duty to respond promptly. Failure to follow up or submit the necessary requirements can lead to the package being classified as undeliverable or returned to sender. In such cases, we are unable to offer a complimentary refund or replacement, and a new order will need to be placed.

Additionally, it falls on you to verify that the items you are ordering comply with your local postal regulations. We cannot assume liability for any products that are refused entry into your specific country.

What We Handle for You

Our team manages the fulfillment process from our warehouse. We aim to dispatch items efficiently, though you should anticipate potential delays in processing during peak periods, such as holidays and sale seasons. The moment your purchase leaves our facility, a confirmation email is sent to you. This message provides the necessary information to follow your shipment’s journey. The final cost of shipping is calculated based on the package's weight and the destination address.

When the parcel reaches your area, it will typically be handed over to your local postal service or a local courier. In most regions, this means the package will arrive with your regular mail delivery. If no one is available to receive it, the postal service may leave a notification card explaining where and how you can collect your delivery.

Payment, Pricing, and Your Bank

While you browse our store, prices are displayed in your local currency for convenience. However, when you proceed to the checkout page, the total is calculated in US Dollars (USD). All payment transactions are processed in USD through PayPal or Stripe.

If your bank account operates in a currency other than USD, be aware that the final amount charged to your card may differ from the quote shown on our site due to exchange rate fluctuations. Your bank may also apply a separate foreign currency transaction fee. These charges are governed entirely by your financial institution’s policies, and we hold no control or responsibility over them. For a detailed breakdown of these potential costs, please contact your bank directly.

International Boundaries: Customs, Taxes, and Rules

For international orders, crossing borders introduces a layer of local government oversight. The customs office in the destination country has the authority to impose import taxes, duties, and related fees once the parcel arrives. These charges are the sole financial responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by 250USACrossroads. To understand what these charges might be, you should reach out to your local customs office directly.

Customs procedures can also affect delivery timelines. Officials may require extra documentation and time to clear your package, which can push the arrival date beyond the initial estimate. Your cooperation in providing any requested information is crucial to avoid further delays.

The Point of No Return: Order Finality

We move quickly to get your items out the door. Because of this speed, the window for making changes or canceling an order is extremely narrow. Once an order enters our system, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible. If you realize you need to adjust something, you must contact us immediately. However, please understand that if our warehouse team has already processed, packed, or shipped the order, we are unable to accommodate any change requests.
